New York Times: Living City series

The New York Times has a great six-part video series featuring (of course!) New York City and just how the city works.  Each video is about six minutes long and really peeks behind the curtain of some of the most crucial ways the city runs.

This episode, Living City - A City Shaped by Steam,  highlights the world's largest steam system.   Unique not only in it's shear size and scope, but also in the way it ties more than two thousand buildings together, offering a  power source unlike any other.

More installments of this series to come!
