| Parchment, foil or plastic wrap? |
I have a version of this from Costco that is 2,000 sq feet of cling wrap. Seriously, I think I've had it for at least 8 years. It has this same cutting mechanism but not the quality of product inside. And now that I've seen the possibility of box design, mine is just plain ugly.

Great idea for someone who leaves such things out on the counter all the time. I think it would be a great gift idea for the chef/baker in your life, too.
