summer chickpea salad

                                    

I'm instantly jinxing myself by saying it, but this has not gotten old yet this summer at my house as a side dish.
Makes a ton so you're almost guaranteed leftovers for tomorrow's lunch or to jazz up tomorrow night's green salad.

Here is the recipe from HowSweetEats.com.   I omitted the green onion and added black beans.
