Made and enjoyed this last week as a substitute for iced tea. I already have the ingredients on deck to make again this weekend.
Don't let the cider vinegar part scare you; there is just a hint of it. It's sweet and sour and super refreshing.
This recipe makes five cups of concentrate, so you can add as much or as little water/club soda/seltzer as you like from there.
All of this via Food52.com, which featured Louisa Shafia's The New Persian Kitchen cookbook. I see it's available at my local library, so I hope to expand our family's repertoire with other dishes (like Lamb Meatballs with Mint and Garlic) and report back.
