salad for supper

Tried this salad after I got one of those "freebie" magazines in the mail.  Very yummy - I added two salmon fillets, which I flaked into pieces and was able to serve three people quite generously.  Think it would be great with any leftover protein you might have.

And in what I am assuming is in direct violation of those at "Eating Well", I served it with a crusty roll.
