London's hottest new work out is called Voga and marries yoga and "Vogue-ing", a la Madonna.

Also news to me and straight from Hollywood: Trapfit, which is a trapeze-based work out, or "a fusion of aerial arts and fitness". Which sounds more like a Pink Grammy Awards performance than a work out to me.
Clearly, I am not their demographic.
