This post's title says it all: Peanut Butter cookies. This recipe yields one of the best I've ever tasted. And a footnote to it: I happen to accidentally buy Justin's Honey Peanut Butter (instead of the regular natural peanut butter) for my second batch, and they were even MORE delicious. A little fluffier and sweeter. But both the original version and this second batch have become a family favorite now.
