Hot tip: Keep your receipts as your future self will never believe you spent $79 on this stuff when your credit card bill comes in January. |
First of all, you need tape. Trust me, you do. Packing and scotch. Might as well grab another pair of scissors.
Gift card for a niece you're not sure what to get? Sparkling grape juice for the kiddies at Christmas Eve dinner?
- Toilet paper
- hair spray
- nail polish remover (bottle under the bathroom vanity is always 93% empty)
- deodorant (get the travel size - you're not sure you have one in the linen closet)
- birthday card for that relative with a December birthday (don't forget first few days of January!)
- hardware/school supply/candy aisle for stocking stuffers
- coffee
- one of those puffy manila envelopes (buy the two-pack even though you have one somewhere in the office from last year's two-pack)
If none of the above seem necessary, just drive over there and park. It'll come to you.
