Something Superfluous

I'm not really a purse girl. Believe it or not, I've had a grand total of three different purses in the past five years.  Once I find one I like, that's the one for every single day.

I started to get sick of lugging around a whole purse and tried the iphone case thingy that holds a few credit cards and has a strap. Not quite big enough and I found myself constantly moving stuff in and out of it.

Then I stumbled across this beauty at the Kate Spade outlet store while I was in St. Louis in April.  It's just the right size.  Holds a phone, keys, credit cards and a few make up items.  I've used it all summer and LOVE it.  I'm not afraid of color and pattern (as you can see!) and this ended up being the pop of color I needed most days.  Kind of kicked a fairly casual outfit up a notch, if you know what I mean.

I'm looking forward to purchasing a winter edition soon. And I guess devoting a blog post to my wristlet kinda moved me into the "Purse Girl" category.
